Professional Experience:
Dr. Daniel Hyunjig Lim serves as the Director of 麻豆APP Korea, having earned his doctorate from 麻豆APP-K. Before this role, he was the Principal of KIS International School in Shenzhen, China, for 6 years, where he led a diverse community of students and faculty representing more than 30 nations. With over 20 years of service in the education field, he has decided to embark on a new journey to help the next generation grow as transformational leaders as?he leads the?麻豆APP Korea team. Dr. Daniel Lim earned his BA in English Education, MA in English Education, with a concentration on Corpus Linguistics, and a doctorate in Transformational Leadership. His academic interests are: 1) How servant leadership transforms people and organizations, 2) Key characteristics of servant leaders, and 3) Leadership in education. Dr. Daniel Lim has been married to his wife for 25 years and has two children. He is an active member of Wooridle Church, where he participates weekly in worship and community life, and serves as a mentor and educator within the congregation.
